About The Event
United: Presence and Encounter is an invitation for all the churches in our area to unite and pray for God’s Kingdom to advance! We will begin the night with worship and move into a series of specific prompts we will collectively pray for. There is power in prayer, and we believe God will show up in a big way when so many people gather together.
This in-person gathering will take place in Jenkins Theatre at the Lake Michigan College Mendel Center, with a seating capacity of just over 1,500 persons. Multiple local churches and ministry partners have already committed to taking part in our United event! Pastors from each will help us lead prayer prompts throughout the evening.
