About The Event
Join us on Sundays starting September 8th at 7:00 pm to watch season two of The Chosen together. This group will view one episode a week in Room 307 through November 17th. Scott and Kim Risk will lead the discussion afterward.
The Chosen series centers on Jesus and the people who met and followed him. What is season two about? The word is spreading. Increased fame brings growing crowds, new disciples, and more miracles. It also brings trouble. The last episode is a Christmas special showing, in flashback, the arrival of Mary and Joseph in Bethlehem just before Mary gives birth to Jesus. We will have a viewing party in December for this episode and decorate Christmas Cookies for our shut-ins.
